Berkshire Family Home

We originally provided multi-media, control and security systems to this 6-bedroom property over 3 floors with annexe and pool house when constructed in 2013. The client undertook an extensive makeover with “Bespoke Interiors” to provide a fresh modern look to the house and gardens.

• Rako Controls Lighting system replaced the dated existing system with simple control to provide the scene setting across the property. Timed lighting scenes illuminated the front and rear gardens.

Hampshire Country Home with Guest Lodge

An existing client whom we have worked on 2 previous prime projects and recording studios acquired this listed country home and guest house/barn in the South Downs national park. The architects “Jonathan Stickland Design” and contractor “Capital Projects” worked closely with the client to deliver a home that was featured as the “The Times” as house of the week.

They introduced us to the client’s French interior design team “Pierre Yovanivitch” to design, supply, install and maintain an integrated multi-media, control, automation, and security system for 2 prime 5 storey town houses refurbishment projects linked via the basements.
